When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, travel dates and the details you share about your trip. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information — every booking is made directly with the hotel.

Enquiry details are used only to match you with hotels and to follow up on your request. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to assist with your trip and for a reasonable period afterwards for support purposes, after which they are deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
